Prosecutors want a judge be removed from a case in which an undercover agent touched the breast of a suspect during a prostitution sting, saying she already thinks that the officer behaved improperly.
The motion, filed Friday, prompted Orange County Judge Deborah Ansbro to postpone a 2:15 p.m. hearing about evidence in the Sept. 30 incident, which took place during at Natural Therapies on North Mills Avenue.
Orlando attorney Corey Cohen argues his client, masseuse Xueyan Zhou, did not give permission for the undercover agent to touch her breast. She is a victim of battery, he said, and should have her two second-degree misdemeanor prostitution charges dismissed.

Cohen also represents Li Cheng, 36, another massage therapist arrested during the undercover operation. She is accused of touching a different agent’s genitals and offering him sexual services for $30. She was charged with offering prostitution.
