Orlando Police are trying to figure out what happened at the Far Orient Massage parlor in Orlando on Friday. The unidentified man was declared dead at the parlor. Authorities believe he died as the result of a medical condition and do not suspect foul play.

MBI doesn’t have any problems with the incident and says the agent needed to show he was not a law enforcement officer.

A male MBI agent in Orlando is under scrutiny for reportedly grabbing the breast of female masseuse while he was naked during an undercover sting, a Web site is reporting.
Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation agent James Edmundson grabbed Xueyan Zhou’s breast during an undercover sting at Orlando massage parlor Natural Therapies, WFTV.com is reporting.
Zhou and another woman, Li Cheng, were arrested for prostitution, the Web site said.
An attorney for Zhou is trying to get the charge thrown out, saying it was entrapment, WFTV.com says.
The Web site said Edmundson’s behavior was defended by MBI’s director.

Xueyan Zhou and Li Cheng were arrested at Natural Therapies, an Orlando massage parlor, by undercover agents from Orlando’s Metropolitan Bureau of Investigations. They charged the women with prostitution.
According to documents and audio from the bust, Zhou gave Agent James Edmundson a massage. He was naked during the massage and, at one point, he said he grabbed Zhou’s breast before arresting her, reports WFTV News.
Zhou’s attorney wants the judge to throw out the charges, because he believes it was entrapment.
“It is a technique folks engage in this industry to determine whether or not this is a law enforcement officer,” MBI director Phil Williams said.
Legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says, “Law enforcement should keep their hands to themselves and not be fondling or groping someone to further the investigation,” Sheaffer said.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives are looking for a man who robbed a massage parlor at gunpoint Sunday night, tying up the store owner with telephone cables before leaving.
The victim in the robbery told deputies, who responded to 4769 W. U.S. Highway 192 at around 7:30 p.m., that she was closing the VIP Therapists and Massage and stood by the back door when a man approached her at gunpoint. He placed the gun at her head and ordered her back in the store and demanded money.
The suspect forced her to the ground and tied her up with telephone cables before leaving with money and personal items, deputies reported.
The victim described the suspect as a black male in his 30s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds with no facial hair. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, a black baseball cap and black shorts.

A separate zoning ordinance change would limit such businesses to industrially zoned areas of the city. New Haven provides a number of areas zoned industrial, which should give any would-be business owners some flexibility, Van Gilder said.
The ordinance would also prevent such locales from opening within 1,000 feet of a school, church, park or residential property.
The proposal also calls for amending an existing city law that regulates massage parlors.
The new version reflects a state law that took effect this year outlining how massage therapists can receive a state certification.
Any state-certified therapist would be exempt from the new city licensing process, which requires a background check. Businesses must also provide certain restroom facilities and meet sanitation requirements.
The idea is to not penalize legitimate massage therapists, officials said. The citys current ordinance was drafted more than 10 years ago; the city had previously experienced a wave of massage parlors that acted as fronts for prostitution and other criminal enterprises.
